Business
Haiki+ S.p.A. is an Italy-based environmental services and circular economy company that specializes in integrated waste management, material recovery, and sustainable resource valorization. The company provides a comprehensive portfolio of environmental and industrial services organized across dedicated business lines, including the collection, logistics, and authorized handling of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste; mechanical and chemical processing, sorting, and recovery of recyclable secondary raw materials, such as plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, paper, cardboard, and glass; Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance management and circular ecosystem services through the Cobat platform for end-of-life batteries, accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), photovoltaic modules, and end-of-life tires (ELTs); environmental remediation, site decontamination, and industrial decommissioning; specialized chemical laboratory analysis, characterization, and regulatory compliance advisory; and the operation of proprietary storage platforms, treatment plants, and material recovery facilities. Haiki+ S.p.A. serves commercial enterprises, manufacturing corporations, industrial clients, and public sector organizations primarily throughout Italy. Headquartered in Milan, Italy, the company was established as the environmental and circular economy division of the Innovatec Group. In recent strategic developments, the company was formally spun off from Innovatec S.p.A. via a corporate demerger to operate as an independent pure-play environmental holding company, culminating in the admission and direct listing of its ordinary shares on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana under the ticker symbol HIK. Furthermore, the company has actively expanded its operational infrastructure through strategic alliances and capacity upgrades across its Cobat circular consortia network, focusing on emerging high-growth recovery chains for electric vehicle (EV) lithium-ion batteries and decommissioned solar energy components, alongside continuing capital investments into regional industrial waste treatment hubs.
