Business
Vivenda Group S.p.A. is an Italy-based communication and architectural redevelopment company specializing in out-of-home advertising, digital media solutions, and sponsored restorations of historic heritage assets. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Rome, Italy, the company operates an integrated business model combining media commercialization with urban regeneration and statutory advertising services. The company organizes its core activities into distinct product and service segments: Out-of-Home (OOH) and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising, providing end-to-end management of high-visibility large-format billboards, mega-banners, and high-definition LED digital installations in prestigious metropolitan locations; Sponsored Architectural Restorations, delivering conservative restoration, structural consolidation, and renovation of public and private historic monuments financed through the monetization and sale of advertising space on construction site scaffoldings under a zero-cost restoration model; Legal and Financial Advertising, serving as an official concessionaire for the Italian State Printing Works and Mint (Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato) to provide publication services for public tenders, institutional announcements, legal notices, and statutory financial disclosures; and Real Estate Redevelopment, executing property refurbishment, building maintenance, and urban infrastructure enhancement projects. Vivenda Group serves municipal authorities, public administrations, corporate advertisers, media agencies, and property owners across domestic and international markets. In major recent corporate developments, Vivenda Group completed its initial public offering and commenced trading on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana on December 2, 2024, under the ticker symbol VVG. In April 2025, the company expanded its technological capabilities by acquiring a 40% equity stake in Selfiestreet S.r.l., a digital tech start-up specializing in multimedia and video-content distribution platforms on large screens to integrate social interactivity into DOOH networks. Furthermore, the company accelerated its geographical expansion through the establishment of foreign operating subsidiaries, including Vivenda GCC FZE in Dubai and Vivenda Adv Es in Barcelona, to scale its proprietary sponsored restoration model across Europe and the Middle East.
