A subsidiary of Severgroup LLC, Lenta emphasizes price-led strategies, local assortments and online sales channels to maintain competitive positioning in the food and FMCG retail sector. In recent developments, Lenta completed the acquisition of drugstore chain Ulybka Radugi in December 2024, adding over 1,500 stores and beginning financial consolidation from that month; pursued potential purchases of O'Key hypermarkets in August 2025 and Magnit's hypermarket business in June 2025; and expanded aggressively in 2025 by opening 807 convenience stores, five hypermarkets, 42 supermarkets and 245 drogerie stores, alongside plans for at least 1,400 new outlets annually including accelerated growth in the Monetka convenience format. These moves support revenue growth of 25% to 773.84 billion rubles in the first nine months of 2025, with like-for-like sales up 11.6%.
