The company manages an infrastructure asset base comprising over 27,500 kilometers of gas distribution pipelines serving more than 1,300 populated localities and providing infrastructure access to over 13,000 industrial and municipal utility entities as well as hundreds of thousands of residential consumers across Saratov Oblast. In recent operational developments, Gazprom gazoraspredelenie Saratov oblast has significantly accelerated the implementation of the state-sponsored social gasification (dogazifikatsiya) program across the region, executing thousands of technological connection contracts annually and expanding network access to suburban residential sectors and horticultural non-profit partnerships (SNT). The company has also achieved major construction milestones under the multi-year Regional Gas Supply and Gasification Program in partnership with PJSC Gazprom, completing tens of kilometers of high-pressure inter-settlement pipelines and advancing network designs for the 2026–2031 gasification program to connect remote rural settlements, while executing long-term regulatory contracts to fund network modernization and expand digital client service platforms. Founded in 1961 as the Saratovoblgaz regional gas exploitation trust, the company is headquartered in Saratov, Russian Federation, and its shares trade on the Moscow Exchange under the ticker symbol SROG.
