Monadelphous Group Limited (ASX:MND) is a leading Australian engineering group providing multidisciplinary construction, maintenance and industrial services to the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors. Founded in 1972 in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, as Contract Engineering Associates and adopting its current name in 1978, the company is headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, with major operations across Australia and international presence in countries including China, Papua New Guinea, Mongolia, the Philippines, New Zealand and Chile. It operates through two primary divisions—Engineering Construction and Maintenance and Industrial Services—delivering large-scale project management, mechanical and electrical maintenance, shutdowns, sustaining capital works, electrical and instrumentation services, fabrication, modularisation, structural steel installation, plant commissioning, demolition, piping, marine works and pipelines to major clients such as BHP Group, Rio Tinto, Shell, Woodside Energy and Fortescue. Core products and services encompass structural steel and platework fabrication through subsidiary Inteforge, process skids, conveyors, pressure equipment, tanks and pipe spooling; civil engineering via subsidiary Melchor; and end-to-end modularised equipment solutions with facilities in Australia, China and Vietnam. In recent developments, Monadelphous enters an agreement to acquire Western Australian-based Kerman Contracting to enhance design and construction capabilities; secures major 2025 contract wins totalling over $570 million in committed work since FY26 commencement, including a three-year master services agreement extension with BHP for Pilbara iron ore operations, reappointment to BHP's Western Australia Iron Ore Site Engineering Panel, Olympic Dam mine expansions, multi-year Rio Tinto collaborations, a seven-year Shell QGC Curtis Island maintenance agreement, Woodside Scarborough Gas Field services, battery energy storage systems for BHP and Fortescue, and infrastructure projects like the Fitzroy to Gladstone Pipeline and Geraldton Port Maximisation; and lifts FY26 revenue outlook to approximately $1.5 billion for the first half with full-year growth projected at 20-25%, driving over 100% share price appreciation to a 12-month high of $25.08.
