In recent operations, AYER Holdings Berhad has advanced its master-planned township expansion with a strategic focus on green-certified developments and commercial revitalization. The company launched Bukit Puchong Boulevard, a commercial hub comprising 54 units of two- and three-storey freehold shop offices designed to expand commercial amenities and retail tenancy within Bandar Bukit Puchong, achieving full take-up across its phases.
