Regionally, the group maintains operating subsidiaries and distribution channels in Singapore, Australia, Vietnam, and Thailand, exporting manufactured and distributed wood products to more than 20 countries globally. Key operating subsidiaries within the group include Bripanel Industries Sdn. Bhd., Premier Woodprofile Sdn. Bhd., Akati Wood Sdn. Bhd., Ebanon Wood Sdn. Bhd., Greenpanel Resources Sdn. In recent corporate and operational developments, Dominant Enterprise Berhad expanded its manufacturing infrastructure through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bripanel Industries Sdn. Bhd., which acquired a freehold industrial property in Muar, Johor, comprising a 149,753-square-foot factory building on 2.074 hectares of land for RM23.5 million to substantially increase production capacity for laminated wood panel products, a transaction completed in 2026. The group has also continued upgrading its automated panel-processing lines, strengthening supply chain capabilities, and broadening its regional marketing footprint across Southeast Asian and Australasian furniture manufacturing hubs.
