In May 2024, the company successfully completed its regularization plan and exited Practice Note 17 (PN17) status. In September 2024, Epicon expanded its specialized infrastructure portfolio by acquiring a 70% equity interest in Concrete Empire Sdn Bhd for RM24.5 million, significantly increasing its precast manufacturing capabilities and civil engineering order book. In 2025, the company further diversified its earnings base by expanding into property development to undertake integrated residential housing projects.
