The Plantation division manages oil palm cultivation estates in Malaysia, engaging in the cultivation of oil palm crops and the sale of fresh fruit bunches (FFB). GUH Holdings Berhad maintains operating facilities and market reach across Malaysia, the People's Republic of China, and Taiwan, supplying original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and end markets throughout the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and the Americas. In recent strategic developments, the group accelerated its diversification into green technology and clean energy by acquiring a 55% majority stake in Star Wheels Electronic Sdn Bhd to establish its electric personal mobility business. Additionally, through its subsidiary GUH Capital Sdn Bhd, the company formed a joint venture entity, GUH Power Sdn Bhd, with Shenzhen Xixin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. to establish a lithium battery assembly plant producing advanced battery packs and energy storage solutions for non-China international markets. The group has also pursued regional renewable energy initiatives, including utility-scale solar photovoltaic projects in Taiwan in partnership with Leader Energy, alongside upgrading its PCB manufacturing capabilities toward high-layer advanced electronics and advancing major commercial and residential property projects in Penang.
