- Harn Len Corporation Bhd. is a Malaysia-based investment holding company primarily engaged in oil palm cultivation, palm oil milling, diversified agribusiness, commercial aquaculture, and property investment. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, the company operates across three main segments: Plantation, Property and Others, and Aquaculture. The company's core products and operational services comprise the cultivation and harvesting of oil palm; the milling and processing of fresh fruit bunches; the production, trading, and distribution of crude palm oil and palm kernel; the provision of plantation development and estate management contract services; and the cultivation and commercial harvesting of secondary agricultural crops, including pineapples and coconuts. Through its aquaculture division, the company provides the breeding, hatchery cultivation, rearing, processing, and wholesale distribution of seafood and aquatic products, specializing in commercial shrimp farming. Through its property operations, the company provides commercial real estate investment, asset management, and property leasing services, maintaining a portfolio that encompasses the 25-storey Johor Tower commercial office building in Johor Bahru; multi-storey commercial shophouses; light industrial factory units; residential-cum-office premises in Kuching, Sarawak; and the operation of food and beverage retail facilities. Harn Len Corporation Bhd. serves industrial edible oil refiners, oleochemical producers, commodity trading houses, food retailers, commercial tenants, and seafood markets across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. In recent strategic developments, the company completed the 100% equity acquisition of Tiger Aquaculture Sdn Bhd for 42.5 million Malaysian ringgit in January 2025, satisfied via the issuance of new ordinary shares and redeemable convertible preference shares to establish a commercial-scale shrimp farming business and advance food security initiatives. This follows the company's 54.7 million Malaysian ringgit acquisition of Almal Resources Sdn Bhd, which granted access to approximately 4,000 acres of agricultural land in Rompin, Pahang, through its subsidiary Pahang Coconut Valley Corporation Sdn Bhd to facilitate large-scale pineapple and coconut crop diversification. To fund this operational expansion, the group secured 94 million Malaysian ringgit in term loan facilities from Affin Bank to finance ongoing estate development, infrastructure construction, and crop maintenance across its oil palm and pineapple estates.
