Bhd., MGudang Properties Sdn. Bhd., and Magnitude Resources Sdn. Bhd. In recent strategic developments, the company executed a corporate rebranding from Dynaciate Group Berhad to Ingenieur Gudang Berhad to formalize its long-term pivot toward the logistics and warehousing property sector. Under this initiative, the group acquired 149 commercial and retail parcels at the Pandan Safari Lagoon Complex in Selangor via MGudang Properties Sdn. Bhd. with plans to refurbish and convert the assets into multi-unit storage and urban fulfilment facilities. In addition, the group acquired 9.32 acres of industrial land in Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor, through Magnitude Resources Sdn. Bhd. to develop dedicated logistics warehouse facilities for commercial courier tenants. To streamline its property portfolio and optimize capital allocation, the company also initiated the disposal of a detached industrial factory facility in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, through Magnitude Resources Sdn. Bhd. for RM22.0 million in cash, while advancing group capital management through bonus warrant issuances and structural realignments across its engineering business units.
