In recent developments, Kumpulan Jetson has executed a strategic portfolio rationalisation to sharpen operational focus on its core automotive anti-vibration manufacturing business, completing the disposal of chemical and adhesive manufacturing subsidiary GRP Holdings Sdn Bhd for RM15.8 million in May 2026. The company has also undertaken capital restructuring through equity private placements in 2026, initiated industrial asset realisations including the proposed sale of industrial lots in Melaka via its subsidiary Magical Era (M) Sdn Bhd, and reconstituted its executive leadership and board governance structure.
