Keyfield International Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company primarily engaged in the chartering of offshore support vessels (OSVs) and the provision of related offshore marine support services to the upstream oil and gas industry. Operating primarily through its core operating subsidiary Keyfield Offshore Sdn Bhd, the company specializes in providing end-to-end offshore marine accommodation, logistics, and technical vessel solutions. Keyfield International Berhad provides a specialized fleet and suite of offshore marine solutions, including: chartering of owned and third-party offshore support vessels on time-charter and bareboat bases; dynamic positioning 2 (DP2) accommodation workboats and accommodation work barges equipped with heavy-lift cranes, offshore helidecks, and high-capacity berthing facilities; anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels designed for rig towing, mooring handling, anchor positioning, and supply transportation of fuel, fresh water, and drilling materials; comprehensive vessel management and technical superintendence, including planned maintenance, dry-docking management, marine safety compliance, and operational audit services; marine crew management and crewing services, supplying qualified nautical officers, marine engineers, and deck crews; offshore catering, housekeeping, and hospitality logistics providing daily victualing, accommodation management, and mess services for offshore personnel; and specialized marine support for offshore hook-up and commissioning (HUC), production platform maintenance, underwater inspection, subsea installation, and field decommissioning operations. The company caters to national oil corporations, international oil majors, Petroleum Arrangement Contractors (PACs), and engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning (EPCIC) contractors across Malaysian waters, encompassing offshore Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak, as well as the broader Southeast Asian region. In recent corporate developments, Keyfield International Berhad completed its initial public offering (IPO) and successfully listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in April 2024 to accelerate fleet expansion and retire debt obligations. Following its listing, the company has expanded its operational vessel fleet through the strategic acquisition of high-specification DP2 accommodation workboats and anchor handling vessels, while securing several multi-year charter contracts and umbrella work orders from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd and other regional production sharing contractors to support long-term offshore development campaigns. Founded in 2013, Keyfield International Berhad is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
