MGB Berhad conducts business primarily in Malaysia across Selangor, the Klang Valley, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Terengganu, and Johor, while actively expanding its international footprint in the Middle East, notably in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The group manages its operations through key subsidiaries and joint venture entities, including MGB Construction and Engineering Sdn. Bhd., MGB Land Sdn. Bhd., MGB SANY (M) IBS Sdn. Bhd., Vintage Roofing & Construction Sdn. Bhd., MGB International For Industry, and MGB Alameriah Contracting Company. In recent strategic developments, MGB Berhad has expanded its global footprint by securing significant cross-border engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts in Saudi Arabia through its joint venture entity, MGB Alameriah Contracting Company. Notable contract wins include a major EPC award from Beetah Real Estate Company for the development of residential apartment units in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Medina, and a direct contract from ROSHN Group Company to build residential villa units within the MARAFY AL AROUS development in Jeddah.
