The company has upgraded its production infrastructure by commissioning automated robotic stamping press lines, precision laser cutting machinery, and energy-efficient plastic injection moulding systems at its primary manufacturing complex in Klang. To accommodate growing export volumes and enhance domestic fulfillment efficiency, the group has expanded its centralized warehousing and distribution facilities, integrating digital warehouse management systems. In addition, the group has broadened its new product development and tooling pipeline to manufacture replacement body components tailored for modern passenger vehicles, sport utility vehicles, and new energy and hybrid vehicle models. In alignment with corporate sustainability goals, New Hoong Fatt has installed and operationalized large-scale rooftop solar photovoltaic systems across its principal manufacturing plants to reduce carbon emissions and lower energy costs. Concurrently, the group has continued to strengthen direct overseas distribution networks and localized inventory support across Southeast Asian growth markets, particularly in Indonesia and Thailand.
