- OCB Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company that manufactures, markets, and distributes consumer food products, produces bedding systems, and engages in property development. Founded in 1959 and headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, the company operates primarily through three core business segments: Consumer Foods, Bedding Products, and Property Development. The Consumer Foods division, operated via its wholly-owned subsidiary Ibufood Corporation Sdn. Bhd., manufactures and markets instant noodles under the Ibumie and Baa..gus brand names; and culinary condiments, mayonnaise, salad dressings, seasoning powders, seasoning oils, sauces, marinades, and soup stocks under the Telly brand. The Bedding Products division, operating through Kaiserkorp Sdn. Bhd., manufactures and distributes sleep solutions including innerspring, natural latex, and foam-fiber mattresses; divan bases, foundations, and headboards; and bedding accessories under brand names including King Koil, First Knight, Wondercoil, and Tagge. The Property Development division, managed through its 80%-owned subsidiary Enigma Sinar Sdn. Bhd., engages in property investment, holding, and real estate development activities. OCB Berhad serves consumer retail, commercial, and hospitality markets across Malaysia and exports products internationally to markets including Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Australia, and the United States. In recent corporate developments, OCB Berhad strategically restructured its operational portfolio by completing the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary Agrow Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in December 2024 for RM3 million in cash, marking the group's full exit from the building materials trading sector to refocus capital and resources on its core consumer foods and bedding businesses. Additionally, in September 2025, corporate investor Yeoh Jin Hoe emerged as a substantial shareholder of OCB Berhad after securing a 17% equity stake via Das O'Connors Sdn. Bhd.
