PETRONAS Dagangan primarily serves retail consumers, commercial fleets, aviation and industrial customers across Peninsular and East Malaysia, with subsidiaries supporting specialized operations in lubricants and non-fuel retail. In May 2025, PETRONAS Dagangan formed a joint venture with Blueshark Ecosystem to exclusively distribute Blueshark-branded two-wheeler electric vehicles, including the Soloera model, alongside battery-swapping infrastructure, marking its strategic entry into low-carbon mobility solutions; the company also reported record-high sales volumes of 16.8 billion litres for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 and achieved higher profitability in Q1 FY2025 with pre-tax profit rising 28% to RM293 million, while appointing Mazlie bin Minhat as Chief Financial Officer effective 1 November 2025 amid ongoing transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and digital personalization.
