Founded in 2015, the company is headquartered in Cheras, Selangor, Malaysia, and operates physical facilities including the Kitchen Arena Experiential Centre in Cheras and the Kitchen 360 showroom and warehouse in Seri Kembangan. In recent corporate developments, Ping Edge Technology Berhad was incorporated in April 2024 and converted into a public limited company in September 2024, prior to successfully listing on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia in June 2025 under the ticker PING, raising RM5.15 million to fund physical showroom expansion and digital platform enhancements.
