- PSP Energy Berhad is a Malaysia-based downstream oil and gas company that specializes in the trading and distribution of refined fuel and lubricant products, as well as the provision of marine bunkering and specialized logistics services. The company operates through three principal business segments: Trading of Fuel Products, Distribution of Fuel Products, and Distribution of Lubricant Products. Its core product and service portfolio comprises wholesale commercial and industrial diesel; low- and high-viscosity fuel oils; marine gas oil (MGO); ship-to-ship marine bunkering services; inland bulk fuel transportation and logistics delivered via a dedicated fleet of road tankers; and an extensive catalog of industrial and automotive lubricants, including heavy-duty engine oils, hydraulic oils, industrial gear oils, transmission fluids, and greases marketed under its proprietary in-house brand, PSP Lubricants, alongside authorized third-party brand offerings. The company caters to diverse commercial, industrial, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and maritime shipping customers operating across Malaysia and regional shipping routes, supported by licensed storage plants and a dedicated marine vessel fleet that includes the PSP Grace, PSP Glory, and PSP Golden. PSP Energy Berhad carries out its core operations via wholly owned subsidiaries, including PSP Lubricants (M) Sdn Bhd and PSP Marine (M) Sdn Bhd, and operates as a subsidiary of CS Hutchison Holdings Sdn Bhd. The group traces its operational origins to 2010, with the holding entity incorporated in July 2024, and maintains its corporate headquarters and primary operations in Port Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. In December 2025, PSP Energy Berhad completed its initial public offering and listed its shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia under the ticker MYX:PSP, raising approximately RM34.2 million to finance the acquisition of new bunker vessels, expand road transportation assets, and scale working capital for fuel trading volume. In July 2026, the company expanded its commercial distribution reach through the appointment of PSP Lubricants (M) Sdn Bhd as an authorized distributor for Sinopec Lubricant Co. Ltd. across Perak and the East Coast region of Peninsular Malaysia.
