Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the company was originally incorporated as Iklim Sinar Sdn Bhd and previously operated as Sinmah Resources Berhad, Farm's Best Berhad, and Sinmah Capital Berhad before officially rebranding to Rivertree STF Synergies Berhad in February 2026 to reflect its revised ownership structure and corporate strategy. In recent major strategic developments, the company completed its operational transition away from legacy poultry activities to focus entirely on property and construction, expanding aggressively into the Centralised Labour Quarters (CLQ) sector. In March 2026, the company entered into a strategic Heads of Agreement to develop up to four CLQ accommodation facilities in the Klang Valley with an estimated aggregate development value of RM600 million and a planned capacity of 28,800 beds. Following this strategic alliance, RSSB Builders Sdn Bhd was awarded a RM168.1 million turnkey construction contract in July 2026 for the 9,000-bed Q Centre @ Teratai facility in Meru, Klang, advancing the group's strategic diversification into purpose-built worker accommodation infrastructure and supporting its ongoing financial turnaround.
