Originally established in 1976 and incorporated in August 1992, the company is headquartered in Kluang, Johor, Malaysia, and is publicly listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia under the stock code 8966. In recent corporate developments, the company formally changed its name from Prolexus Berhad to Techbase Industries Berhad in January 2024 to reflect its broadened strategic vision and technological focus.
