- Vizione Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based integrated construction, civil engineering, and investment holding company. Founded in 1965 and headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, the company operates primarily across the Malaysian market, delivering infrastructure, building construction, property development, green energy, and healthcare manufacturing solutions. Vizione Holdings structures its operations across four primary business segments: Construction, Property Development, Renewable Energy, and Healthcare. The Construction division provides turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) solutions; design-and-build project delivery; civil engineering works including earthworks, roads, bridges, and drainage systems; commercial and high-rise residential building construction; public infrastructure and government institutional housing development; and specialized healthcare facility construction. The Property Development segment engages in the acquisition, development, and sale of residential properties, commercial developments, and integrated township projects. The Renewable Energy segment focuses on the development, construction, operation, and maintenance of clean energy assets, including mini-hydroelectric power generation plants. The Healthcare segment encompasses the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of medical consumables and personal protective equipment, including medical examination gloves and related rubber products. In recent developments, Vizione Holdings has executed an operational recalibration and financial restructuring plan, which included a RM500 million share capital reduction to optimize its capital structure and enhance financial flexibility. Operationally, the group has continued advancing major high-value institutional developments, including the Neuro-robotics and Cybernetics Rehabilitation Centre and the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Centre projects, while replenishing its order book through new contract awards, such as a RM65.62 million residential construction contract in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur secured by its wholly owned subsidiary Bina Permai Sdn Bhd. The company has also aligned its corporate reporting framework by amending its financial year-end and focusing its resource allocation on core infrastructure, civil works, and public sector construction opportunities throughout Malaysia.
