Business
Vestland Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company that provides building construction, design and build, and civil engineering infrastructure services. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, the company operates primarily within the Malaysian construction and property development sectors through its key operating subsidiaries, including Vestland Resources Sdn. Bhd. and Vestland Infra Sdn. Bhd. Its principal operating subsidiary, Vestland Resources, holds a Grade 7 (G7) contractor accreditation from the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) of Malaysia, enabling the group to undertake construction and civil engineering projects of unlimited contract value. The company operates across three core business segments: Design and Build, Build Construction Services, and Civil Engineering. Its comprehensive product and service offerings comprise: turnkey design and build solutions, incorporating architectural planning, engineering design coordination, regulatory submissions, value engineering, and complete project lifecycle management; residential construction services for high-rise condominiums, serviced apartments, affordable housing developments, and landed residential schemes; non-residential and commercial building construction, covering mixed-use integrated complexes, commercial offices, retail properties, worker dormitories, and hospitality facilities; industrial facility construction, including multi-storey stratified factories, light-to-heavy manufacturing plants, and logistics warehousing; and civil engineering and infrastructure services, including bulk earthworks, site preparation, excavation and backfilling, rock hacking, slope stabilization and mitigation systems, dual-function flood walls, bridge construction, road network infrastructure, and specialized substructure and piling engineering. In recent corporate developments, Vestland Berhad expanded its market capitalization and visibility through its public listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia and has accelerated its order book replenishment across Peninsular Malaysia. The group has secured major construction and civil infrastructure contracts, including a RM263.73 million award for flood-mitigation dual-function walls and bridge works along Sungai Golok in Kelantan, a RM107.6 million slope-mitigation contract in Terengganu, a RM135.00 million design and construction project for stratified industrial factories in Klang, and a RM65.00 million substructure and piling package for high-rise residential towers. To support execution of its active order book exceeding RM1.2 billion and to strengthen its balance sheet, the company initiated corporate financing exercises, including a private placement of up to 10 percent of its issued share capital to raise approximately RM60.4 million dedicated to working capital and ongoing operational expansion.
