Through its solar engineering division, the group delivers end-to-end engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) services for rooftop, commercial, and industrial solar PV installations. In December 2024, Winstar Capital Berhad completed its initial public offering (IPO) and listed its shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia under the ticker symbol WINSTAR, utilizing the proceeds to fund manufacturing capacity expansions. To support accelerating demand from the regional renewable energy sector and infrastructure market, the company recently expanded its manufacturing footprint in Ijok, Selangor, through the acquisition and installation of four additional aluminium extrusion lines and advanced fabrication machinery to substantially scale its total production output.
