Business
Navigator Acquisition Corp. is a Canada-based capital pool company that focuses on identifying and evaluating one or more businesses or assets with a view to completing a qualifying transaction; until such a transaction is completed, it is not permitted to carry on any other business. The company was founded in 2018 and is headquartered at 970–1050 West Pender Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, with a registered office in Vancouver and contact details also listed in New York. Its core activity is the evaluation of acquisition targets and related transaction structuring, rather than operating commercial products in the traditional sense, and it is positioned in the shell company/capital markets segment. The company’s reported business purpose is to identify assets or businesses for a potential acquisition or an interest to complete a qualifying transaction, subject to shareholder approval and regulatory acceptance. Recent company changes include the completion of a non-brokered private placement in November 2024 that raised gross proceeds of $182,611.50, the settlement of $369,000 of convertible debentures through shares for debt, and the appointment of Kia Besharat as a director. In 2025, the company also saw director Geoff Hampson resign, Roman Gambourg appointed to the board, filed a legal complaint against MGID, and in June 2026 announced a shares-for-debt transaction totaling $180,303.30 to be satisfied through the issuance of 1,803,033 common shares in two tranches.
