Innovator ETFs Trust – Innovator Growth-100 Power Buffer ETF – December is an actively managed U.S. exchange-traded fund that seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to the share-price return of the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, up to a predetermined upside cap, while seeking to buffer the first 15% of QQQ share-price losses over a defined one-year outcome period beginning each December. The Fund implements its defined-outcome strategy principally through a portfolio of FLEX Options referencing QQQ, together with cash and cash-equivalent collateral; it is designed for investors and financial professionals seeking risk-managed exposure to Nasdaq-100 equities, including large-cap growth and value companies across information technology, communication services, consumer discretionary, health care, consumer staples, industrials, utilities, materials, energy and real estate sectors. The Fund provides exchange-traded, daily-liquidity access to a capped-upside and buffered-downside equity strategy; does not provide principal protection; may incur losses exceeding the buffer; and can produce outcomes materially different from the stated buffer and cap for shares acquired after the beginning of an outcome period.
