Business
Hydrapres S.A. is an industrial engineering and metal manufacturing enterprise specializing in the serial production of cold-formed sheet metal components and the design and fabrication of complex production tooling. Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Solec Kujawski, Poland, the company primarily operates as a strategic Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to the automotive sector, while also serving original equipment manufacturers in the consumer electronics, household appliance, and furniture industries across Poland and the broader European market. Hydrapres S.A. structures its operations around two core business divisions: Stamped Metal Components and Tool Shop Engineering. The company's product and service portfolio includes cold-stamped metal components produced from steel and aluminum coils via high-speed progressive presses; specialized automotive subcomponents for shock absorbers, vehicle safety systems, powertrain and drive mechanisms, seating frames, and gearbox units; customized tooling solutions comprising multi-station progressive dies measuring up to 3,200 mm, blanking tools, and compound stamping dies developed through internal CAD/CAM engineering; precision metalworking and CNC machining services, including milling, turning, grinding, and wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM); component sub-assembly operations integrating stamped elements with standard fasteners; mechanical joining processes encompassing projection welding of nuts and studs, clinching, and automated inserting; vibratory finishing and parts cleaning, including degreasing, washing, deburring, and tumbling; and coordinated surface finishing treatments, such as electrolytic galvanizing, cathodic dip painting (KTL), and anodizing executed through certified partner facilities. In recent strategic developments, key shareholders including Promack Sp. z o.o., KMW Investment Sp. z o.o., and Ignis Avem Capital S.A. established a formal shareholder agreement and initiated a tender offer through Dom Maklerski BDM S.A. to acquire all outstanding public shares with the objective of delisting Hydrapres S.A. from the Warsaw Stock Exchange's NewConnect market. Concurrently, the company continues capital investments in automated stamping lines, high-density warehousing, and quality management systems certified to the IATF 16949 automotive standard to expand export capacity and fulfill high-volume international supply agreements.
