Innovator Growth-100 Power Buffer ETF – February (NYSE Arca: NFEB) is a series of Innovator ETFs Trust that seeks to provide investors with exposure to the price return of the Invesco QQQ Trust, which tracks the Nasdaq-100 Index, subject to a stated upside return cap and a downside buffer over successive approximately one-year outcome periods beginning in February. The exchange-traded fund principally invests in FLexible EXchange Options, or FLEX Options, on the Invesco QQQ Trust and, under normal conditions, commits at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, to investments providing exposure to the underlying ETF. Its defined-outcome strategy is designed to deliver capped participation in Nasdaq-100-linked equity appreciation while buffering the first 15% of losses in the underlying ETF for shareholders holding shares throughout the applicable outcome period; shareholders remain exposed to losses exceeding the buffer and may receive returns below the stated cap or buffer when buying after the period begins or selling before it ends. NFEB is part of Innovator’s Growth-100 Power Buffer ETF series, which offers monthly-reset, options-based U.S. large-cap growth-equity exposure, and is marketed to financial advisers, institutions and individual investors seeking risk-managed ETF allocations. Innovator ETFs Trust offers a broader range of active and defined-outcome investment products, including U.S. equity, Nasdaq-100, international developed-market, emerging-market and small-cap Buffer, Power Buffer, Ultra Buffer, Accelerated, Managed Buffer, Defined Protection, premium-income, dual-directional, autocallable-income, fixed-income and digital-asset-related ETFs. The trust is sponsored by Innovator Capital Management LLC, a Wheaton, Illinois-based active ETF sponsor founded in 2014 and recognized for its defined-outcome ETF platform. Recent developments include the February 2026 launch by Innovator of Managed Buffer ETFs providing uncapped hedged exposure to U.S. large-cap, Nasdaq-100, U.S. small-cap and international developed equities, as well as Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s December 2025 agreement to acquire Innovator Capital Management for approximately $2.0 billion, subject to performance targets, regulatory approval and customary closing conditions; the transaction is intended to integrate Innovator into Goldman Sachs Asset Management while retaining the investment-management and service-provider arrangements for Innovator funds.
