Recent developments include a November 2025 decision to invest in India for expanding its motor core business with a new manufacturing facility in Aurangabad set to produce coil springs and stabilizer bars from 2027, additional investment in flying car developer SkyDrive Inc. in July 2025, development of the Hybrid Conducting Spring/Structure series of high-performance metal springs in August 2025, commencement of ultra-high-speed motor deliveries for super sports cars, investments in regional green bonds in Japan, revision of sustainability procurement guidelines, and ongoing share repurchases under its 2026 Medium-term Management Plan announced in May 2024.
