Business
Innovator Growth-100 Power Buffer ETF – November is a series of Innovator ETFs Trust and an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide investors with defined-outcome exposure to the price performance of the Invesco QQQ Trust, which tracks large-capitalization growth companies listed on the Nasdaq-100 Index. The Fund principally invests in FLexible EXchange Options (FLEX Options) on Invesco QQQ Trust, together with cash, cash equivalents and collateral arrangements, to establish an options-based investment strategy designed to match QQQ’s price return up to a predetermined upside cap while providing a buffer against an initial portion of QQQ losses over each annual November Outcome Period. Its products and services consist of publicly traded ETF shares offering buffered equity-market exposure; defined-outcome investment strategies; customized FLEX-option portfolios; capped-upside participation in Nasdaq-100-linked returns; and downside-buffer features intended for shareholders holding shares throughout an entire Outcome Period. The Fund’s portfolio generally comprises long and short QQQ option positions and related broker deposits or money-market holdings rather than direct investments in Nasdaq-100 constituent securities. NNOV is marketed to financial advisers, wealth managers, institutional investors and retail investors seeking risk-managed participation in U.S. large-cap growth equities. The Fund commenced operations in 2024 and trades on Cboe BZX under the ticker symbol NNOV. Innovator ETFs Trust is advised by Innovator Capital Management, LLC, a Wheaton, Illinois-based ETF sponsor and asset manager specializing in defined-outcome, income and options-based exchange-traded funds. Recent operational developments include the annual reset of NNOV’s November Outcome Period, under which the Fund re-establishes its FLEX Options portfolio, downside buffer and upside cap for the succeeding 12-month period; the continued use of an actively managed QQQ-linked options structure; and Innovator Capital Management’s broader expansion of its structured ETF offerings, including autocallable income strategy products and additional defined-outcome funds.
