Business
Noble Plains Uranium Corp. is a Canadian-headquartered, U.S.-focused uranium exploration and development company that acquires, explores, evaluates and advances uranium properties suitable for in-situ recovery, or ISR, extraction. The Company’s principal activities comprise the identification and acquisition of historically drilled and underexplored brownfield uranium assets; geological interpretation and digitization of historical drill data; surface and subsurface geophysical surveys; confirmation, delineation and resource-expansion drilling; downhole radiometric logging and mineral-resource estimation; and the advancement of uranium projects toward potential ISR development and domestic U.S. uranium production. Noble Plains targets sandstone-hosted roll-front uranium mineralization, principally in Wyoming, and does not currently report commercial uranium production. The Company’s principal asset portfolio is located in Wyoming, United States, and includes the Duck Creek Uranium Project in Converse County within the Powder River Basin, as well as the Shirley Central and Shirley East uranium projects in the Shirley Basin. Duck Creek is the Company’s flagship project and targets uranium mineralization in the Wasatch and underlying Fort Union formations. In June 2026, Noble Plains filed an NI 43-101 technical report supporting a maiden Duck Creek mineral resource of 4.29 million tons of indicated resources grading 0.062% U3O8, containing 5.32 million pounds of U3O8, and 839,000 tons of inferred resources grading 0.09% U3O8, containing 1.04 million pounds of U3O8. The Company is also evaluating additional exploration potential along untested mineralized strike and in the deeper Fort Union Formation. Shirley Central is being advanced through historical database compilation, geological interpretation and confirmation drilling, while Shirley East represents an additional Shirley Basin land position prospective for ISR-amenable uranium mineralization. Noble Plains’ products are mineral exploration assets, geological data sets, uranium resource estimates and prospective uranium deposits rather than finished uranium products. Its services and technical activities include mineral-property acquisition; claim staking and tenure management; uranium target generation; exploration drilling; borehole gamma logging; induced-polarization and seismic/geophysical surveying; geological modeling; independent NI 43-101 technical reporting; resource delineation; and evaluation of prospective ISR extraction and processing routes. The Company’s target market is the North American nuclear-fuel supply chain, including potential uranium processors, utilities and other purchasers of domestically produced uranium, subject to the successful development, permitting and operation of future production facilities. Recent strategic developments include the filing of the Duck Creek maiden NI 43-101 resource technical report in June 2026; the completion of a C$1.01 million non-brokered private placement in June 2026 to support corporate and exploration activities; the commencement and reporting of a seven-hole Shirley Central confirmation drilling program during July and August 2026; and the completion of historical drill-data digitization and geological interpretation at Shirley Central, identifying 341 historical uranium intercepts. In September 2026, the Company reported preliminary results from an induced-polarization survey completed with the University of Wyoming Near-Surface Geophysics Instrument Center at Duck Creek, which identified a potential deeper Fort Union Formation redox-front target and detected known shallower Wasatch Formation mineralization. Noble Plains also has announced a letter of intent with Ur-Energy Inc. concerning the potential processing of future uranium production from Shirley Central. The Company changed its name from Indigo Exploration Inc. to Noble Plains Uranium Corp. in May 2025. Incorporated in 2008, Noble Plains Uranium Corp. is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and its shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol NOBL, the OTCQB under NBLXF and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under INE0.
