- Corgi NOW 2x Daily ETF is a United States-domiciled, exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to two times the daily performance of the common stock of ServiceNow, Inc. (NYSE: NOW). The fund provides single-stock leveraged equity exposure through a daily-reset investment strategy and is intended principally for sophisticated, actively monitoring investors seeking short-term tactical exposure to ServiceNow. Its principal investment instruments include total return swap agreements referencing ServiceNow shares; U.S. Treasury money market instruments; cash and other cash-equivalent holdings. The fund does not seek to achieve its 2x objective over periods longer than a single trading day, as daily rebalancing, volatility and compounding can cause returns over longer holding periods to differ materially from twice the cumulative return of the underlying security. Corgi NOW 2x Daily ETF charges a 0.45% expense ratio, trades in U.S. dollars on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker NOWX, and is available through brokerage platforms in the United States. The fund is advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC, a San Francisco, California-based SEC-registered investment adviser founded in July 2025; Paralel Distributors LLC serves as distributor, U.S. Bank N.A. as custodian, and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services as administrator and transfer agent.
