Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, Chemcrux operates primarily from facilities in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, serving multinational pharmaceutical organizations in India and exporting to various countries worldwide. In 2025, the company acquired an additional 50% equity stake in Kalichem Private Limited, converting it into a wholly owned subsidiary effective February 27 and ceasing the prior joint venture structure. It also entered into an exclusive purchase and marketing agreement with Deepak Nitrite Limited for para nitro benzoic acid and a strategic collaboration with Deepak Nitrite to enhance supply chain efficiency. Chemcrux maintains ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certifications, focusing on custom synthesis for active pharmaceutical ingredients, dyes and pigments sectors.
