Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Mumbai, India, the company maintains manufacturing facilities at Taloja (MIDC Industrial Area, Raigad) and Mahad, with ongoing capacity expansions including the commissioning of Shed I at Mahad, Project M2 targeted for fiscal 2026, and upgrades at Taloja Unit II to reach up to 45,000 MTPA. Ducol serves a pan-India customer base alongside exports to the United States, Central America, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and other regions, maintaining enduring partnerships with top-tier clients in its core sectors. The company listed as an SME on the National Stock Exchange of India in 2022 following its conversion to a public limited company.
