Founded in 1973 and headquartered in Bangalore, India, Dynamatic Technologies operates state-of-the-art manufacturing and R&D facilities in India (Bangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Nashik), the United Kingdom (Swindon, Bristol) and Germany (Schwarzenberg), with sales offices across India, North America, Europe and East Asia serving customers on six continents. Recent developments include the approval in 2025 of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Dynauton Limited, dedicated to UAV design and manufacturing; expansion of its Airbus partnership in 2024 to supply aircraft doors with deliveries commencing in 2026; inauguration of a rear fuselage assembly line in 2025 for Deutsche Aircraft's D328eco turboprop; selection as exclusive partner by the L&T-BEL consortium for the AMCA fifth-generation fighter program; and a long-term MoU with HAL for LCA Tejas front fuselage production.
