The company also provides after-sales services including training, product support, extended warranties, repairs, fleet maintenance, and expert consulting. ideaForge operates manufacturing and R&D hubs in Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, and the USA, holding over 80 patents and ranking third globally in dual-use (civil and defense) drone manufacturing as of December 2024, with customers completing over 750,000 flights. Recent developments include a $35 million multi-year partnership with Skylark Labs announced in September 2025 to integrate AI for real-time detection, tracking, and recognition across its drone fleet in sectors like oil & gas, mining, and disaster management; acquisition of Series A compulsory convertible preference shares in GalaxEye Space Solutions for INR 82.87 million in July 2024 to develop drone-based sensors for fog and foliage penetration; and orders worth approximately INR 100 crore from the Indian Army in November 2025 for new products ZOLT UAV and SWITCH V2.
