In a significant recent development, Next Radio Limited ceased to be a subsidiary effective February 7, 2025, following the conversion of preference shares into equity shares, restructuring its parent-subsidiary relationship directly under HT Media Limited; the company continues to focus on its core multimedia operations amid minimal revenue generation and ongoing financial challenges, including net worth erosion and quarterly losses reported in Q2 FY2026.
