Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited, incorporated in 1987 and headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, manufactures and sells integrated plastic piping solutions and multi-polymer products across plumbing, agriculture, drainage, borewell, industrial, and water storage applications. The company produces a comprehensive range of pipes and fittings using CPVC (including FlowGuard Plus for plumbing), UPVC (such as Easyfit plumbing systems, SWR for soil waste rain, column pipes for borewells, and fabricated fittings), HDPE (including PEFIT AQUA for agriculture and drinking water, Foamfit for underground drainage), PPR (Greenfit for plumbing and industrial use), and related products like WIREFIT electrical conduit pipes, water tanks, rainwater harvesting systems, vent cowls, nahani traps, and DWC couplers; it also offers bathware under the Aquel by Prince brand encompassing faucets and sanitaryware. With eight state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in Haridwar (Uttarakhand), Athal and Dadra (Dadra and Nagar Haveli), Jaipur, Kolhapur, Chennai, Sangareddy, and the recently launched Begusarai plant in Bihar—which commissioned Phase 1 adding 24,000 metric tons per annum capacity in 2025 for PVC and CPVC pipes, bringing total installed capacity to approximately 435,000 metric tons per annum—the company serves residential, commercial, agricultural, and infrastructure sectors pan-India through over 1,500 distributors and 7,200 SKUs. In March 2024, Prince Pipes acquired the Aquel bathware brand, intellectual property, plant, and assets from Klaus Waren Fixtures Pvt Ltd for Rs 55 crore to establish in-house manufacturing and expand into the high-growth bathware segment, launching Aquel by Prince with new display centers in Jammu & Kashmir and Uttar Pradesh; the company also commissioned Phase 2 of the Bihar facility in Q2 FY26, partnered with Indian Railways for branding on Vande Bharat trains, secured supply contracts like CPVC piping for Navi Mumbai Airport, and enhanced its CPVC range with GreenPro certification amid ongoing capacity expansions targeting double-digit volume growth.
