Business
Quality Foils (India) Limited manufactures, processes, and exports cold-rolled stainless steel products and flexible hose pipes. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Hisar, Haryana, India, the company markets its product portfolio under the Quality brand name. The company operates primarily through two core product segments: Cold Rolled Stainless Steel (CRSS) Strips and Coils; and Stainless Steel Flexible Hoses and Pipes. Its cold-rolled stainless steel portfolio encompasses precision-engineered 200, 300, and 400 series austenitic, ferritic, and martensitic grades manufactured in thicknesses ranging from 0.05 mm to 4.00 mm; customized slit coils and narrow strips tailored for automotive exhaust systems, trims, and engine gaskets; high-finish sheets and coils for consumer kitchenware, cutlery, and sinks; and specialized strip grades used in tower packing and mass transfer equipment for oil refineries, petrochemical plants, power generation stations, and sugar processing facilities. Its flexible hose product line consists of corrugated stainless steel flexible pipes and assemblies engineered for fluid, steam, chemical, gas, and hydraulic conveyance under elevated temperatures and medium-pressure industrial conditions. Quality Foils (India) Limited operates an integrated manufacturing facility in Hisar, utilizing cold rolling mills, bright annealing lines, and skin-passing equipment with raw material sourcing primarily from Jindal Stainless (Hisar) Limited. The company serves industrial clients throughout India and exports to international markets across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, including the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland, Turkey, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and Colombia. In recent developments, the company converted from a private limited enterprise into a public company and completed its initial public offering on the National Stock Exchange SME platform (NSE: QFIL) in March 2023. Following its public listing, the company has expanded its manufacturing throughput, modernized precision finishing operations at its Hisar plant, and broadened its commercial distribution channels across international export markets.
