In recent corporate developments, the company converted from a private limited entity to a public limited company, officially adopting the name Rama Telecom Limited in November 2024, and subsequently completed its initial public offering (IPO) on the SME platform of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE Emerge) in July 2025 to fund working capital requirements and project expansions. Following its market listing, the company has broadened its operational footprint across India to support large-scale national railway modernization and broadband connectivity initiatives. Founded in 2004, Rama Telecom Limited is headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
