Business
Swastik Pipe Ltd. (SWASTIK.NS) manufactures and exports high-quality mild steel and carbon steel electric resistance welded (ERW) black and galvanized pipes and tubes under the T.T. Swastik brand, along with line pipes compliant with API Spec. 5L since December 2005; its product portfolio also encompasses structural steel tubes in various shapes including square, round, rectangular, triangular, and elliptical, precision tubes, swaged type tubular poles, cold-rolled close-annealed (CRCA) coils and sheets, galvanized coils, and mounting structures. The company produces these items using hot-rolled (HR) coils sourced primarily from Tata Steel and SAIL, serving diverse sectors such as agriculture, construction, infrastructure, oil and gas, water and sewage, mechanical engineering, transportation of petroleum products, and government institutions, with sales to traders, EPC contractors, tier-2 OEM vendors like Maruti and Bajaj, and multinational corporations. Founded in 1973 and headquartered in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, India, with manufacturing facilities in Bahadurgarh (Unit-1) and Kotwan, Kosi Kalan, Mathura district, Uttar Pradesh (Unit-2), Swastik Pipe operates an extensive national and international sales and distribution network, holding ISO 9001:2008 and API Q1 certifications as a government-recognized export house. In recent developments, the company appointed Ravi Shekhar as Executive Director effective October 1, 2025, following the resignation of Pardeep Jain on October 4, 2025, and appointed M/s Prachi Bansal & Associates as secretarial auditor for five years commencing April 1, 2025, as approved at its 52nd Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2025. These changes reflect ongoing governance enhancements amid a diversified customer base where the top ten clients accounted for approximately 40% of sales in FY2023 and 36% in 9MFY2024, supporting its focus on quality-controlled production with in-house testing laboratories and compliance to standards like IS 1161, IS 3589, IS 4923, BS 1387, and ASTM specifications.
