Business
Thomas Cook (India) Limited delivers comprehensive travel and related financial offerings across India and globally. The enterprise functions through four primary divisions: Financial Services, Travel and Associated Services, Leisure Hospitality and Resort Operations, and Digital Imaging Solutions. The Financial Services segment focuses on the wholesale and retail trade of foreign currencies, alongside the provision of prepaid cards and remittance facilities, establishing itself as a leading non-banking foreign exchange provider. The Travel and Associated Services segment encompasses a wide array of options, including curated tour packages for domestic and international leisure travel, corporate travel management, MICE events, visa processing, and travel insurance. This division frequently introduces new holiday concepts, such as Europe Summer 2026 tours and flexible Van Tours for smaller groups. The Leisure Hospitality and Resort Operations segment is managed through its subsidiary, Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, which offers vacation ownership and operates an expanding network of resorts across diverse Indian destinations. The Digital Imaging Solutions segment provides turnkey imaging services, particularly for attractions, following the company's acquisition of Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging. Established in 1881, the company maintains its headquarters in Mumbai, India, and operates as a part of Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd.
