Founded in 1995 and incorporated in 2000, the company is headquartered in Navi Mumbai, India, and functions as a subsidiary of Docon Technologies Private Limited. Recent developments include the acquisition of Vimta Labs' diagnostic and pathological services business in 2024 to bolster presence in South India and Telangana; a 2:1 bonus issue announced in October 2025 with record date November 28, 2025; franchise-led growth with pathology volumes up 21% year-on-year and bundled packages rising 19-31%; full NABL accreditation across all laboratories; and a strategic shift in FY24 toward cost streamlining, pay-for-performance incentives and volume-led expansion driving revenue growth of 24.5% in franchise pathology.
