Founded in 1961 and headquartered at 88/8, GIDC Phase I, Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, the company serves global markets across Argentina, Brazil, China, Egypt, Bangladesh, Belgium, Hong Kong, Honduras, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru, Portugal, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, and Uruguay. It operates as a public limited company listed on the NSE (UCL.NS) with a subsidiary, UC Colours and Intermediates Pvt Ltd., focused on dyestuffs, pigments, intermediates, and chemicals. Production capacity exceeds 4,000 metric tonnes annually, backed by automated facilities and effluent treatment systems for sustainability.
