In recent strategic and operational developments, UPDC Plc acquired a controlling 51% equity stake in Grupo Atlanta in partnership with Paragon Holding Investment following clearance from the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. The company returned to sustained profitability and resumed dividend payments following the execution of its multi-year turnaround and capital restructuring program. In its core development division, UPDC Plc has accelerated the multi-phase construction and commercial launch of its flagship 30-hectare Brompton City development in Lagos as well as The Hampshire project in Sangotedo.
