Corgi NVTS 2x Daily ETF is a non-diversified, single-stock leveraged exchange-traded fund issued through Corgi ETF Trust I and advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC. The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to 200% of the daily performance of Navitas Semiconductor Corporation common stock (NASDAQ: NVTS); it provides leveraged, daily-reset exposure to Navitas through total return swaps and other financial instruments rather than direct holdings of NVTS shares, alongside cash and U.S. government money-market instruments. NVTC is designed for sophisticated, actively monitored, short-term trading strategies and is not intended to achieve its stated 2x objective over periods longer than one trading day, as compounding and volatility may cause returns to differ materially from twice the underlying security’s cumulative performance. The Fund trades in U.S. dollars on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker NVTC, charges a 0.45% expense ratio, and commenced operations on July 7, 2026. Its service providers include Paralel Distributors LLC as distributor, U.S. Bank N.A. as custodian, U.S. Bancorp Fund Services as administrator and transfer agent, and Tait Weller as auditor. Corgi Invest, founded in 2025, develops low-fee thematic, buffer and leveraged ETFs intended to provide investors with targeted access to disruptive technologies, companies and market strategies through the ETF structure. The launch of NVTC in July 2026 represents a recent expansion of Corgi’s leveraged single-stock ETF lineup, adding amplified daily exposure to Navitas, a U.S.-based power-semiconductor company focused on gallium nitride and silicon carbide products for data centers, electric vehicles, mobile devices and industrial applications.
