- One Bullion Ltd. is a Canadian mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of gold properties in Botswana. The Company’s principal activities comprise geological mapping; surface and artisanal sampling; soil geochemistry; trenching; high-resolution airborne magnetic and geophysical surveying; induced-polarization surveying; target generation and three-dimensional geological modeling; diamond drilling; core logging, sampling and laboratory assay programs; and exploration permitting and environmental assessment activities. One Bullion holds 100% ownership of prospecting licenses covering approximately 8,004 square kilometers across its Vumba, Maitengwe and Kraaipan Gold Projects, which are located in prospective Botswana greenstone belts, including the Kraaipan Greenstone Belt. Its portfolio includes 26 known gold occurrences and targets structurally controlled gold mineralization. The Company does not operate producing mines, has not declared mineral reserves and derives its business focus from exploration-stage gold assets. One Bullion is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and conducts its exploration operations exclusively in Botswana.
In 2026, One Bullion advanced its exploration strategy through high-resolution airborne geophysical surveys at the Vumba and Maitengwe projects, appointed Joe Van Wyk as Vice President, Exploration, and secured funding for an August drilling campaign following completion of Vumba geophysics. The Company commenced an approximately 3,000-meter, 10-hole HQ diamond drilling program at the wholly owned Vumba Gold Project in northeastern Botswana in August 2026, using Mindea Exploration and Drilling Services (Pty) Ltd. as drilling contractor. In September 2026, it completed the first 380-meter diamond drill hole, VUDD017, at the Central-Makoba target and began drilling the second hole, VUDD018; visual core logging identified silica-carbonate alteration, quartz-carbonate veining and locally observed sulfides, with full-hole sampling and laboratory analysis planned. One Bullion also received Environmental Impact Statement approval for the Maitengwe Exploration Project in April 2026, reported gravity-finish assay results at Vumba including 30.8 grams per tonne gold in May 2026, completed a 1-for-10 common-share consolidation in 2026, and continued to evaluate geophysical data at Maitengwe to support future drill-target definition.
