- Transoceanic Investments Inc. is a Toronto, Ontario-based investment company principally engaged in acquiring and holding concentrated positions in companies operating primarily in the minerals, critical-minerals and advanced-materials sectors. Private holdings include Sand Minerals Inc., a developer of lithium-brine projects in Argentina, and a secured high-yield loan-note investment in Apsley House Capital PLC. The Company’s investment activities span Canada, Argentina and other markets in the Americas, with exposure to graphite, graphene, battery materials, nickel, lithium brine, precious metals and land-backed financing. Transoceanic Investments changed its name from Mason Resources Inc. effective April 13, 2026, following shareholder and board approval, and adopted the TSX Venture Exchange trading symbol OCEN; its OTCQB symbol was subsequently changed to OCEEF. Recent portfolio developments include Black Swan Graphene’s March 2026 acquisition of Québec-based injection-molding specialist Falpaco Rubber and Plastics Inc., supporting the creation of a vertically integrated graphene-enhanced plastics platform, and Nouveau Monde Graphite’s completion of senior project-debt financing arrangements for its Phase-2 Matawinie Mine in March 2026.
