Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited (ASX:GUE, OTCQB:GUELF), formerly Okapi Resources Limited, is an Australian-based mineral exploration company focused on uranium projects in North America. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in West Perth, Western Australia, the company holds interests in advanced uranium assets including the flagship Tallahassee Uranium Project in Colorado with a JORC 2012 mineral resource estimate of 52.2 million pounds U3O8 at 530ppm; the Rattler Uranium Project in Utah located 85km from the White Mesa Mill; the Maybell Uranium Project in Colorado with historical production of 5.3 million pounds U3O8 at 1,300ppm average grade; the Pine Ridge Uranium Project in Wyoming's Powder River Basin as a 50/50 joint venture with Snow Lake Energy featuring an exploration target of 24.4-51.3 million pounds U3O8; and six exploration projects in Canada's Athabasca Basin such as Middle Lake, Newnham Lake, Perch Lake, Lazy Edward Bay, Kelic Lake, and Argo. The company also maintains a 22% stake in Ubaryon, a developer of next-generation uranium enrichment technology, and pursues a strategic partnership with Exodys Energy for small modular reactors. In November 2023, the company rebranded from Okapi Resources Limited to Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited to reflect its uranium focus; it completed the Pine Ridge acquisition in April 2025 strengthening its U.S. portfolio; and in October 2025 announced a proposed merger with Snow Lake Resources to create a U.S.-focused nuclear fuel cycle entity with consolidated assets and enhanced exposure to enrichment and reactor technologies.
