OM Holdings Limited OM Holdings Limited (OMHLF) is a vertically integrated manganese ore and ferroalloy company engaged in the mining, smelting, trading, and marketing of manganese ores, ferroalloys, ferrosilicon, manganese sinter ore, chrome ore, and iron ore worldwide. The company operates through three primary segments: Mining, which encompasses exploration and production at its wholly owned Bootu Creek manganese mine in Australia and a 13% effective interest in the Tshipi Borwa mine in South Africa; Smelting, which includes ferrosilicon, silicomanganese, and high carbon ferromanganese production at its flagship Samalaju Smelting Complex in Sarawak, Malaysia, and high carbon ferromanganese and sintered ore at its Qinzhou Smelter in Guangxi, China; and Marketing and Trading, which leverages an extensive Asia-Pacific distribution network based in Singapore with activities in China, Japan, and Malaysia to connect raw materials with global steel mills and industrial customers. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Singapore, OM Holdings Limited maintains operations across Australia, China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and South Africa, positioning it as one of Southeast Asia's largest manganese and silicon smelters. Recent developments include the completion of the sale of a 60% interest in OMQ in September 2025, the sale of a 26% interest in Ntsimbintle Mining Proprietary Limited for US$101.4 million in May 2025, a collaboration with South32 for a ferroalloy slag repurposing project in October 2024, a sustainable partnership with Saremas for industrial waste utilization in May 2024, and the successful refinancing of operations in April 2025, alongside solid FY2024 performance with revenue growth and strategic operational advancements announced in February 2025.
